We offer a 14 day returns policy in which you can return your items to us if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, if you attempt to return items after 14 days we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund upon receipt of the item subject to the terms and conditions.
We are unable to complete a refund if the items are damaged, on sale, worn, or if the tag is removed. The items must be in its original packaging. Any defected products, unless proven in manufacturing will not be held accountable for and therefore we cannot carry out a refund. Once your return has been inspected we will notify you via email to inform you that we have received the item. Your refund will then be processed and the payment will be applied to the original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s we will refund upon receipt of the item subject to the terms and conditions.
If you receive a refund the cost of the delivery will be added to your refund. Please note, this will only be the case if the item is faulty.

Sale items cannot be refunded; we will only accept an exchange or the equivalent to be transferred to a gift card.
